FEINGOLD-ADR FEE SCHEDULE

Deposit (one-time, non-refundable): $150 per party
Fee - 2 parties: $450 per hour
Fee - 3 parties: $500 per hour
Fee - 4 +: $600 per hour
Deposit:
Half Day - 6 hours (2 hours prep time, 4 hour mediation time)
Full Day - 10 hours (2 hours prep time, 8 hours mediation time)

NO re-scheduling fees and NO cancellation fees, even if canceled at the last minute.

NO charge for Conference Rooms if the mediation session is conducted in my office

NO charge for travel to mediation in Marin, Sonoma, and San Francisco.
We request a deposit from each party to put the mediation date on calendar, open the case file, and prepare scheduling documents. The one-time deposit covers case management and all scheduling, including that for any additional sessions, site visits, re-scheduling, and cancellation.

The mediator’s hourly rate is split equally between the parties unless they agree otherwise in writing.

The retainer is based on the expected time for the mediation session and mediator preparation (e.g. reviewing briefs, initial calls with counsel, etc.). Once the assignment concludes, any unused mediation deposit is refunded, and any mediator fees beyond the retainer amount is billed to the parties.
THE DEPOSIT IS DUE 3 DAYS BEFORE THE MEDIATION DATE.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE MEDIATION IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT TIMELY RECEIVED.
